Easy spin around the trails at Torrance Barrens.

Trails around Bronte Creek PP w/ a pack. Legs felt heavy after the ride. Distance is an estimate.

Mtb on the roads north of Burlington (Appleby, 6th Line, Cedar Springs etc.) some nice roads. Legs felt tapped after 2hrs, gotta get more long rides in.

Cherry Beach & outer Toronto Island w/ B Wells. We swapped paddling the Cobra Eliminator w/ the Ruahine Rebel. Up tempo in the Eliminator, easy paddle in the Rebel.

Up stream & back @ Bronte Creek outlet onto Lake O. With all the rain there was good flow & you could make it up a ways.

Kimberley to Thornbury on the Beaver River. Big flow from all the rain, Class I/II rapids for the last hour, good times.

shoes: Salomon XT Wings SLAB - 2

Ran back to the car via roads & trails, but mostly roads. Some good hills & carried a pack.
