Hilly ride on paved & gravel roads (through Creemore & onto Orangeville). Up tempo for 2hrs, then easy riding for the rest. Low food/electrolyte/water bonk for the last 1/2hr

WT Course scouting/testing with Bash, canoeing with kayak paddles. Big mission scoping out many possibilities of paddling routes through a remote area. Lots of portaging (10k+ w/ 65lb canoe) and some nice Portage-O. Excellent terrain for the event, lots of options, should create some exciting racing come August!
