Then did the Shannon WOD (18min 45sec):

10 burpees
50 air squats
10 burpees
50 push-ups
10 burpees
50 (25 each leg) split squat
10 burpees
50 v-ups
10 burpees

Was supposed to be 50 DU's instead of burpees, but the above-mentioned lack of ability negated that possibility.....
