Run 28:00 [3]
Lower back's been playing for a 2-3 weeks now. Was quite uncomfortable during rogaine on Sunday slowing me down a bit (which had nothing to do with a fundamental lack of fitness of course!) and it got worse as soon as I stopped running (hmmm, does this mean i should have just kept going?)
In any case, almost turned around after 2 minutes today but managed to struggle through for a very unimpressive and painful jog around the domain. It seems that not only is the back quite sore, something is pulling on my hammies and behind the knee tightening that all up even making walking hurt :-(
Booked in to osteopath for monday - everyone's full this week - hopefully can survive OK until then without completely seizing up. Hopefully he can improve things considerably otherwise training isn't really going to happen and KT will thrash me by even more next rogaine especially with her soon to be acquired new-found-speed!
