From home, for a change went up the road through to the top end of ararimu valley rd, into the forest through to bald hill rd for a short section then back through the forest. Felt pretty good considering the normal christmas excess consumption!

Good section (even though there was a head wind) towards the end coming along campbell rd - felt good, long may it continue

So, this confirms last weekend observations - I'm losing over 1 litre (=1kg) for every hour of running.
