Rogaine #4 at Slater Rd

Got mixed up and missed #49 completely - somehow thought I was going 49->47 rather than 40->49. Strangely (not!) things weren't making much sense, by the time I figured out what was going on I decided I'd gone too far and decided to carry on to 47.

Made two on-the-fly changes to what I'd planned - skipped 35 as it was too expensive for just 30 points and a long way back up a steep hill to 58 and bailed halfway to 50 as was going to put me overtime so went 41->31 instead

C dropped me off at corner Riverhead Rd and SH16 for an easy cruise into work. Nice to get the legs turning in circles again...

It was nice a fine at home but once over the last hill down to SH16 couldn't see the Waitaks. Got hit by cold drizzle and had to take my glasses off as they were getting splattered with water and fogging up big time. It must have been a little cool I guess

Easy(ish) run around streets and parks. Legs started feeling sore only a few minutes into the run, not too sure why...

Note

Forgot to note that I also did the memory exercises Wednesday night - got all 10 control descriptions correct except for one minor glitch where I got the wrong side of a rock (and I was pretty sure I'd got it wrong before I checked).

So brain is working much better even though I was talking with C for a lot of the run!

Was a bit sore and tired yesterday (and a little today) so decided not to go to night-O and had a nice easy run around the streets with C instead.

Felt much better after :-)

Ran around domain tracks (clockwise) then a loop around the roads around Mt Eden. Took it reasonably easy as everything was sore and a bit tight today. Hamstrings were excessively tight when trying to stretch - maybe fallout from yoga last night and/or O on Sunday(?).
