Run 1:10:00 [3]
shoes: Asics Trail Attack 6 (#2)

Hit the tracks today - up the tracks from Barlow rd to (almost) the top of the hill (although bailed out for one section up the road), then back down them.

Was good to start then legs started feeling a bit fatigued, so walked up a few sections.

Met up with C for the last section of track and up the hill to home. Used her as an excuse to walk the steepest bit

Run 56:00 [3] 9.2 km (6:05 / km)
shoes: Asics 1160 (#2)

A bit of an active recovery run so took it pretty easy.

mt eden rd, poronui, through melville, over to campbell park, wheturangi, market, around mt hobson, newmarket and back

Still a bit tired, but felt much better (especially compared to Monday) - and nice to get at least a wee run under my belt.

Note

By the time I thought of a run (which I really didn't feel up to doing in any case) it was almost 8pm, getting dark and raining.

Long day, tired, I'll treat the missed run as a chance for a little recovery

Run 24:00 [3]
shoes: Asics 1160

It felt really weird running, like I had some one else's legs on...things just didn't seem to work properly and head was out of whack (too much overload at work) so I decided fairly quickly to abandon the run and walk back

Have been very tired the last two days and now seem to have an inflamed throat, so rest is a good idea.
