Easy run from Browns Rd, tracks to Barlow Rd, up to top of hill then tracks down to the bottom and up the hill to home

Tracks are in pretty good nick, good running even in road shoes :-)

A few "easy" hills - Mt Eden, Mt St John and Mt Hobson

HR 155-160 at top of each hill

Lower calfs both a little tender, right more so than left. More stretching required...
