From home, up the hill (for a change), up ararimu valley rd, into the forest at the top of the hill, campbell rd, out onto bald hill, back in on rahanui, long bush, trig, barlow and home

Felt weak and slow, a bit of a struggle, so came home early

As soon as I started I knew this wouldn't be too fast. Seem to have a little of what's afflicting Greg, not too bad but seems to have dropped my energy levels a little. In any case, as C had dropped me off at Forestry Rd I had no choice but to run home!

Decided best to just take the shortest route home so up Link and Barlow but then hit the trails down to the gate then up the hill to home

Warmup + DS
Then top of Barlow down hill and up hill to home

Run tempo (Hilly sub-threshold) 30:49 [4] 5.1 km (6:03 / km) +70m 5:39 / km

From bottom of link, up long bush, up and over trig and then up to the top of barlow, although did blow up going up trig and walked for ~30s to recover

HR when I checked going up trig and at end was well over 170
