Some pluses and minuses about life at the moment...
+ nose is down to a slow drip
+ didn't wake up in a coughing fit last night
+ muscles in lower legs have settled down and so I've been able to slowly start calf/archilles exercises. Who would have thought that 10 x heel drops on stairs would be too much? (particularly as I have been do 10x on flat surface OK)
- throat is still rather inflamed and sore (especially in the morning)
- archilles are both still tender
- work
