Walk up rather steep hill to top of Barlow Rd. Can't believe that people ride MTB and motorbikes down that slope - that's way crazy

Anti clockwise loop on tracks from Barlow Rd entrance

With C for the first half (with a bunch of back and forth so I didn't leave her behind), then she went down Barlow and I hit the trails on the Northern side back to the gate

Hip a little tender from physio but should be OK...

Course 2 Panmure

Started off well but blew up a little towards the end. Walked up the steeper bits as Physio told me to and was feeling a bit buggered.

Felt archilles slightly but maybe running faster is better for them ;-)

Malcolm's GPS reckoned he went 6.5km however I'm not sure I went quite that far

mini-sprint around model railway.

Legs were still a bit wobbly and lots of structures to duck under/go around so not all that fast

L archilles suddenly complained after ~5 minutes so took a little time to stretch

Had to drop the cat at the vet (that reminds me: remember to pick him up...) so stopped at Barlow Rd rather than going down and up our road.

Bit of a walk for a warmup followed by a bunch of stretches and DS

Left archilles still playing up a bit. Stopped a few times to stretch things out and massage

Largely flat with few slight inclines - still walking the steeper bits

Blew some cobwebs out at the end with a 2 minute blast down a smooth, fast, cambered track. Then left archilles put up its hand and said "Hey, remember me? Better slow down buddy..."

Warmup walk down to the forest and a bunch of stretches and dynamic stretches to ensure everything was loosened up
And walk back up the road at the end

Around the tracks close to Barlow Rd which are in remarkably good nick considering the huge downpours Thursday/Friday last week and the motorbikes on Saturday

Legs a little niggly but seem to be improving. One big twinge in left archilles at 29 minutes after a misplaced step - loosened up OK though.

Big improvement over 4 minutes last week...
