Ran the first 20 minutes hard from Arataki, down Beverige track, along exhibition dr until I met Carole coming the other way (she'd driven to the Titirangi end).

Then with C back to jacobsen's depot and then back to the car at the end of exhibition dr with a few hard sections thrown in

From Muriwai, through terrain to Puketapu Rd then back along Coast Rd

Last 8 km in 48 minutes

Great body surfing at the beach (except water was a little cool today so couldn't stay in as long as I wanted). Offshore wind and nice clean break.

Sore and tired - back rather tight - after 5.5 hours staining deck in the hot sun. And only did half of it. And it needs two coats. Gonna have to do it faster...

From home, through tracks, finishing on road down to kumeu for swim, spa (had got a bit cool), swim (had got way too hot), beer and curry

Was supposed to be fairly easy, started off that way then cranked it up a bit. Last bit of track 3:26 (think it was over 4 last time)

Tried out the Albany MTB tracks - blimey, there were so many curves and corners I just about got motion sickness running through there!!
