Western Springs to Kohimarama. Started OK then died. Legs were still trying to recover from yesterday's hills

Interesting that mapometer reports the same climb today as the first loop yesterday as yesterday felt like an awful lot more - perhaps because there were big hills rather than more small ones today?

Legs died a bit (OK, a lot) towards end and ended up walking most of the way up trig, and all the way up our road to home. Quads were sore so figured a walk at the end wouldn't do any harm
