long riverhead loop finishing down at forestry rd gate

~2 minutes faster to bottom of long bush than last week which turns out wasn't really a good idea as paid for it on the hills :-(

From Brown's Rd gate to home through as many tracks as possible with quite a few hills which I handled much better today. Had a brief chat to Rob on his MTB going up Zanders Rd

Left peroneals starting to settle down although felt the left achilles (briefly) for the first time for a while. All related to the left ankle I think so still working on that

Was feeling good and started off fine. Until the first hill. Which wasn't really much of a hill at all. Downhill good, uphill bad so cut this run a bit short

Left ankle tweak on Sunday seems to have caused aches in the peroneus muscles so trying to sort that out
