There was (at least) one track missing off the MTB map today but couldn't quite remember exactly where it was so thought I'd go for a walk and check it out.
After about 10 steps I wanted to run and hand felt OK so I did :-) Just a little bit of throbby stuff but all pretty good so should be able to run the MTBO rogaine tomorrow (definitely will not get the MTB out though, that would be asking for trouble...)
