Run up the hill to (almost) the start then realised I had no idea if I was in the right place (lacking a few signs...) so ran back down to pick up signs and drove back up

A bit of a walk/run in the forest to see if a) the legs and b) the lungs were going to work, idea was to try to kick everything into action...

Note

Being a bit crook since the end of last week, feeling weak, headaches, etc, etc, so no running (or anything much for that matter)

Managed to run up a flight of stairs today (twice!), the second time felt rather sprightly, so perhaps I'm on the mend...
