Tracks up to the top of barlow and back. Died a bit after ~20 minutes - paying for yesterday's effort methinks

Short Riverhead loop. Surprisingly quick today (even with a few short walks towards the end - this is after all meant to be an easier week!)

Got through to trig road in 0:58 and overall around 4 minutes slower than my fastest time for this loop so not too bad for this stage of the training

loop around mt eden('ish). Headlight was in my other bag from the weekend - could have done with it on the side streets, so bailed out to the main roads so I could see what was in front of me...

forestry rd, link, barlow up to the top, then detour coming back down through the large flat landing area, then a bit more of a detour when I took the wrong exit. I haven't taken that exact route before and didn't realise that it's a very tight left turn - in fact when I turned around to see where to go I thought I'd come up the road I should have gone down - navigation failure
