Run (offroad) 2:46:31 [3] 15.58 km (10:41 / km) +546m 9:06 / km
shoes: Innov8 Trail Lite 255

Tibia seems pretty good now (only felt it running down a very steep section of long rd so I walked that) - amazing what a difference a couple of painful (self) massages and icepack sessions can make!

From the cascades, up anderson, tramline, up fenceline, down simla (too steep to run down a good chunk of it), up sisam (and of course way too steep to run most of this), down long rd and back via whatatiri

Slightly depressing to check my watch to see almost two hours up and I'd only gone 9.98km :-(

Note

Inside of tibia on right leg feeling a bit sore - lower calf/upper archilles tight and sore which is almost certainly putting a bit of pressure on things
Asked physio while he was working on my shoulder (side effect of running too far with a cast on...) and he diagnosed 'shin splints'
Massage, ice and where possible run on camber to the right which will put less pressure on sore bits
5 PM

Run 37:17 [3] 6.3 km (5:55 / km) +35m 5:45 / km

Deliberately took it easier and slower than last time as I blew up a bit last time and I'm a bit tired. Turns out I was close to 1 minute slower (2x in 18:49)
