felt OK to start with then yesterday's effort seemed to catch up on me and brain went AWOL
Started up the hill to the controls at the top of the map then decided to bail as really wasn't feeling all that flash and walked back, picking up the last few controls. Can't remember the last time I gave up on a course, even when doing really badly (which not surprisingly happens more and more the less orienteering I do...)
