Run race (Onehunga Half Marathon) 2:00:04 [4] 21.14 km (5:41 / km) +65m 5:36 / km
shoes: Asics 1160 (#6)

First road race longer than 10km (of which I've only ever done 3) and a cracker of a day to run what's a rather nice course

Felt fairly comfortable to start with @ ~5:30 pace however this was slightly too fast and I paid for it in the last few kms (slowed down with ~3.5km to go)

At 5:30 pace should have been able to crack 1:55 however ended up just over 2 hours instead. Rats!

short riverhead loop, took it relatively easy so that I'm not totally buggered for the onehunga half tomorrow. Still, it seems to be a bit of a hard run no matter how easy I try to go

OK'ish to start, didn't like the last couple of uphills though
