gardening instead as R&R - not sure about that(!) however got quite a few hours of different exercise in...

home, barlow, link, long bush, trig, barlow, home

started OK'ish for the first 5-10 minutes of the first uphill (up Barlow Rd) then the batteries ran flat. Walked up then decided to carry on the loop to see how things were however walked all uphills so bailed.

Not quite what I was planning for my longest run in my buildup to Queenstown...

Henderson creek, henderson park/opanuku stream to border rd, carried on to henderson valley rd (not very exciting - it's all concrete path)

Not feeling great, legs seem a bit tight however obviously feeling better than yesterday

Tired. Left work early. Stopped for a run on the way home. Got 20s up the road. Turned around and walked back to car. Drove home. Slept for ~30minutes.
