Walk around Te Atatu peninsular with C

Have felt poorly for the last ~4 weeks, way too tired, training has been non-effective, low energy, waking up a lot of nights with cramps in calves/hamstrings, something's out of whack

Always seem to have some sort of trouble around spring-time, maybe I shouldn't enter any events around this time of year?
2012 XTerra Waihi - didn't leave home, struck by lurgy
2013 Kauri Run - blew up rather badly after poor training the previous few weeks
2014 West Coaster - felt reasonable except for the broken scaphoid
2015 Queenstown - 10k? yeah, think I could probably manage that - 21k? hmm, that might get a bit challenging - 42k? ohhh, crap
