Pre-Krav workout. Did some longer intervals and repositioned to get quads active in climb. Felt the burn in the glute knot.

Did the circuit
20 minutes elyptical at 9, 20 mintues treamill on program setting set at 7 (too low) so increased to 8 (of 10 max), 20 minutes stair at set point 15 (of 21 max), 20 minutes bike set point 10 (21 max) Averaged 18-19 mph on the bike 77 to 80 rpm
Bike sucks. Had a heart rate of 140 and only burning 550 cal/hr. would be burning 2 times that much on the sairs or elyptical.
