Only really did Cybex Bi. 30 min on elyptical at 8 of 10 resistance until last 10 minutes then bumped up to 10.
CyBex stairs 16 of 21 resistance. HR= 168

Much better footing. Sunny day. Started out in 150 weight Icebreaker t-shirt and 260 weight icebreaker long sleeve. Once I climbed up out of the river valley and hit open farmland, I had to put on the outer shell.

beautiful night, but horrible footing
Tights, icebreaker rapid leggings, craft outer layer on bottom- perfect

icewear tneck and hoodie base layer, icebreaker 260 mid layer craft outer layer (for reflectors). Would have been too hot if I"d been running harder, but footing was horrible so relaxed and enjoyed the view and the dogs.

dropped intensity to 8 out of 21 and increased RPM. Got up to 95 RPM and stayed there steadily for last 14 minutes of workout.
