Hill race race 30:00 [4] 4.0 km (7:30 / km)

Thursday hill race with DR. Tough but I kept jogging rather than walking, which is a mental improvement at least

And jog back down the long way round

Short blue at SOL. No compass made it a good training exercise and surprised that it wasn't too difficult to manage without one, but then there was plenty of contour detail. Just glad my course didn't do a loop of the dark green. Very wet underfoot. Ankle really didn't appreciate the slippy slopes.
