10xfull length (single/double), 5xtop sprints, 4xstrides. Tired from yesterday of course, but a good workout to do after a tough one last night.

TNT. 2xmile, 10' rest. 4x(600+200). Good focus, form and control. Solid workout. Strong, but times a bit slow. Still super hot, so realistically not sure they mean much.
