Påskesprint på Trones. Jeg gjorde to små bom på den 6. og 8. (for langt til høyre).

Easter-Sprint at Trones. I made to small mistakes on 6 and 8 (too far to the right).

En vanskelig momentøkt med en veldig tynn korridor og kompass trening. Korridoren var veldig sakte og jeg hadde tre stor bom. Det var vanskelig å se hvor toppen av hver kolle var, og det var mye detaljer å lese. På kompassdelen jeg gjorde en stor bom på 2.

Difficult moment training with a really thin corridor and then compass training. The corridor was really slow and I made 3 big mistakes. It was difficult to se where the top of each hill was, and there was a lot of detail to read. During the compass section I made a big mistake to 2.

Duellsprint rundt Castelo de Vide. Jeg startet med Yngve og var like foran han på 1 men på 14 han var like foran meg. Mitt veivalg var litt raskere til 15 og ble ferdig foran han.

Duel-sprint around Castelo de Vide. I started with Yngve and was just infront after the first, but at 14 I was behind. My route-choice to 15 was a bit faster and I finished first. Results...

Jeg var veldig kald og det var mye regn så jeg ventet ikke lang før jeg startet den andre sprint, og var ikke helt restituert. Den var litt lettere men jeg tror jeg var bare for sliten etter samlingen og kunne ikke spring rask nok.

I got really cold and there was a lot of rain so I didn’t wait long before I started the second sprint, and wasn’t fully recovered. It was easier but I think I was just too smashed after the whole camp and couldn’t run fast enough. Results…
