Jogged down to the domain in Woodbury and took some intervals before dinner. Only had time for 4 x ~500 m before I had to head back, but times were 1:25 (don't think I was warned up for this one), 1:20, 1:20 and 1:19.

Took some intervals at the park, legs were a bit sore when I started but they loosened up pretty quick. 5 x ~800 m efforts
