Physio - I hyperextended my Right knee in the Nooigedacht forests 2 weeks ago. Although it was pretty sore at the time, I ran it off and it was feeling ok-ish, although a little stiff when running in the last 2 weeks. Didn't feel like anything serious. It flared up after my run on Saturday and again yesterday, so needed to get it checked ASAP. Diagnosed as a lateral meniscus tear, text-book case apparently, and very common for hyperextend knee injury. No running for two weeks, anti-inflams and ice/heat treatment.
