Up concrete track, big-D, then double-D, down Wilsons Way and back home. Nice run.

A family walk/ run on the van Gaalen trails. Timéa on her bike, so quite a bit of jogging too.

The new van Gaalen 10km challenge route. Solid trail run route! Basically out and back on the river trails. Pushed as hard as could, but did die a bit near the end.

New activity day! :-) Been threatening for years to sort out my Neanderthal posture and gait... This is the start. Getting my posture sorted is main goal, and if it improves my running too, that's a bonus.
