Went camping at B'sorah for the weekend at their brand new Themba Campsite. From the campsite down to the koppies area via Sidwinder and cattle run, back up with 30k cycling track on Stoffies climb and Themba Hill. Getting hot!

New GPS watch day! After lots of research on different makes and models, finally got a Garmin Instinct. Really like the watch, and the rugged look and feel is my thing :-) Concrete track hill repeats. 8 x 2mins (~300m with 40m climb) hard up concrete track. That was a hard session...
