Magalies ridge run with Jock. Same as 2 weeks ago. Up Komando nek, then west onto the ridge, across the new highway, down Greek Church pass and back along the river trails. Jock was on a mission, and I suffered a bit.

Up concrete track, down bottom part of Big-D, then a burn up Wilsons Way, down double D, another burn up to the top of Mountain Goat from pofadder side, down the same way, then back down concrete track. Good run.
