Most beautiful ride to work. Snow covering everything, falling in soft sheets off the branches. Fewer lunatic drivers. The city is so light. Great sun. First time I've ridden to work without touching the ground once! Feet didn't leave the pedals. Win.

First run with Nate, after work. Miserable running along RCP in the dark, but up into the Mt. Pleasant neighborhoods was nice. Feeling strong in the legs. These short runs aren't killing me.

Lamest work run ever. Disgusting outside: dark and sleeting. Apparently I ate nothing but raisin bran all day. Horrible stomach, stopped at the Lincoln Memorial bathroom. Never again...rice and wheat products for lunch from now on.
