Lots of work on the back/lats/shoulder areas but easy on tension or weight.
Felt good afterwards, just a little stiff.
Swimming 14:00 [2]
Just a dozen lengths to stretch out the shoulders. Mostly crawl, otherwise breaststroke or back paddle. Hot tub jets felt good on the hip and shoulder.

Physio appointment with Bev to discuss what I am doing wrong that causes the shoulder to flare up at night. As I thought, it's a posture problem that I will have remedy with an Astra pillow or cushion so my shoulder doesn't rotate forward when sleeping on my side. Will try a few options tonight.
I also have to lay off the crawl and stick to breastbone until my shoulder gets stronger. So I all have to learn a soft frog kick to keep the hip quiet.
