Tired from a good day yesterday and not a great sleep last night. So the class was hard work. Back is feeling stringer but is still very stiff each morning.
Nice stretching session but lots of Pilates too. Received a shout-out from Stu when I was doing the shoulder exercises. Told me to keep my elbows in - how did he know? : )
Tweeked my back again in the warm-up. There are some moves I just must not do early in the day. Must be related to my sleep position. Stu worked the abs a lot this morning. Breakfast will have to wait.
Easy class but I was stiff from yesterday’s exercise, including hitting my first bucket of balls for the golf season. Mostly good hits but inconsistent.
