Checking out the old P17 map with Bill M. to see what we can use for the O-Fest in the fall. Woods were amazingly dry. Cramped up a bit climbing the hills but in general the leg was not too bad. Just overall tired!
Short advanced course at Wesley Clover. Calves cramped up hard at the beginning so I had to stop a couple of times to stretch them out.
3 hooks and one poor route choice cost me a few minutes but otherwise it went OK. Best pace in the oldies was 14 min/Km. I was 16.5 min / Km or about 10 minutes behind.
Cramped up early in the walk but I was able to stretch it out. Had to stop one more time after Mt. Mooney for a minute's stretch. After that I was striding out OK.
Good stretch when I got home.
