Strength class with weights. Reduced weight if back was involved. Right arm still cranky. Am I sleeping on it too much? Shoulder is ok.

Revelstoke loop on a mild day. Had to pause a couple of times to relax the leg.

Good set of stretches but was cautious with the back bends.

Took the parkway bike oath to the pharmacy with mumsey. Ankle was a little tender. Stopped once to calm the leg down.

Return to the online class after a 4 day gap. Reasonably easy.

Revelstoke loop in the rain. Right ankle soreness and had to stop once to get the circulation back in the leg.

Mild day with lots of puddles but a very enjoyable hike down the canal to Carleton U. Took a 2 minute break at Carleton to let the leg recover.

Nice mild weather walk with mumsey on the Revelstoke loop. Stomach was feeling unsettled after the 4 o’clock antibiotics.

Still feeling the effects of the antibiotics. Loss of energy and a bit dizzy at times. One more day for the pills and I will celebrate with a Guiness. Then at least 2 more on Thursday.

S&S with Stu at Movement Union. Only had trouble with the QL stretch - baled to easier stretches for the old back.

Nice walk with Ger and Roger to Tim’s and back on a sunny mild day. Footing was still tricky in the shaded areas but the feeling of spring was definitely in the air.

Relatively easy S&S but with a big load on the abs. Couldn't finish the set that Stu was leading.

Mostly gentle S&S. Felt good on the wonky back.

XC Skiing 1:15:00 [2]

Very nice with mumsey at Lac Philippe. Bumped into lots of old friends along the way. Had to stop a couple of times to rest the ankle - and the lungs.

Bumped into Roger and Claudia on the way around the Coleman loop. All the talk (besides what the kids are doing) was about “getting away”. North south east or west!
