XC Skiing 1:03:00 [3]

First ski-O in a couple of years. Beautifull day. Tracks were fast. I had a hard time keeping my breathing under control as I knew I should ski faster. Puffing along fine until #10 when I reaized I had lost my SI. Found it back at #9 but the return trip cost me about 15 minutes. Great fun in any case.

Shoulda gone skiing with Glo - but was tired. Bike spin felt good but now my hip and leg are aching. More stretching & Advil before bed.

Beautiful outing in the Gats. Tad thin in spots but sunny, -5C, and a generally good track. P3 to Hydro with a couple of extra loops in the sun at the flats.

First ski in Gats from P10. Took it easy. Yak at gossip corner with Jacks. Lost Jennie - she came back after dark. : )
Straight ahead classic feels good. Chicken on hills when pressure is on hip.
Up 3 Kg from November. Standard holiday result. Target is 68 (150 lbs) by my birthday in March. Hide the left-overs!
