Still really cold in Ottawa (-17) but the sun and fresh snow made up for it. Not great glide except where the sun had an impact. Again, rushed my stretch due to poor schedluing.

Thought that my hip would complain on the third day of spinning but it was only stiff. Butt sore though!

Good stretch - minimal strength. Gotta schedule things better.

Thought I was doing better with the weight. Drastic measures are needed!
