5K Revelstoke loop in mild but windy weather. Tempted to run but I thought better of it. Hip was tight but otherwise fine. Stretch was good.
Bearing down on my diet. Bread/desserts/snacks gotta go entirely cause the scale is not moving.
Massage at 3 was really painful. IT Band is part of the problem now. After 1 hour I think Travis was pooped!
Walk to Carleton along canal. Big melt today - canal may be finished for the season unless we get another cold spell. Good stretch afterwards but hip still aches.
