Mapping around Nakkertok north with landowners. Municipaltity is expropriating a big chunkof land right in the middle - where the main trail starts. The nicest part of course, leaving the club with thick bush on the east and wet terrain to the west to try and re-build on.

Running 40:00 [3]

Mostly run - had to walk late in session as aductors started to whine. Still had a good work-out. Then I went for a massage - Travis really worked hard on the glutes - boy did I feel it later.

Cycling 1:05:00 [2]

Nice ride along river and back. Was low on energy - diet? Felt better after the ride but faded quickly after the dragon boat practice.

At coaching conference all day. Thunderstorms before dinner so it was only a short walk later. Hip stiff but not too sore. Time for a massage!

Orienteering 58:00 [3]

Score-O at Timm road. Still sloppy around controls and order of controls probably cost me at least one more. Managed to jog 75% of the time. Flat terrain much easier than on Sunday. Biggest obstacle was a fence where I couldn't swing my leg over! Had to run to a spot where I could hang on to a tree while climbing fence to the top.

Note

Hip still sore so stuck with gardening - although getting up off knees was a pain. Hope to run better to-morrow on flat SS map.
