Note

Nothing but daily walks this week. After a good day yesterday the hip is really sore and stiff. Will be walking a lot this week-end setting up/taking down flags so no point trying to push it today.

Brisk walk - same as yesterday. Hip OK while walking but stiffens up later.

Nice hike around the property of a landowner on the Carp Ridge. Once he knew what orienteering was all about, he gave me the grand tour of his 200+ acre property. Very nice when things work out like that.

Brisk walk to VM Park -one Mount Mooney. Very tired in the evening.
