Brisk walk on another cold day. Good stretch & strencth afterwards.

Quick spin then stretch/strength. Still not losing weight. Sigh - need some nice long, calorie depleting ski outings - but not in this weather.
The upcoming +30C in Buenos Aires is looking better and better. -30 to + 30 overnight - crazy!

Too cold for outdoor training so hit the bike again. Good stretch after.

Brisk walk in BRISK (-22C) conditions. Wasn't a lot of fun. 10 minutes of stretch & strength afterwards.
This cold weather really pumps up my appetite. Could eat all day. Weight still stuck around 160.
