Nice brisk walk with mumsey to Carleton. Could feel the upper legs quite well by the end. Reasonable stretch afterwards.

Note

Painting all morning and heading out to the hockey game early so just a quick walk to the corner store and a bit of stretching. Temperature finally hits the double digits +10! Maybe spring will come.

Painting all day so a 5K loop was all I felt like doing. Slept better last night so energy level was back to normal.

Feeling tired before the walk and did not feel better afterwards. Not that I did very much today except playing gofer for the painters. Anyway, that worked out as the painters completed more than they expected and now there is only one room and a lot of trim to finish off.

feeling tired so I took the day off and just primed and painted and worked on some base maps. With the mild weather I am looking forward to a good long walk tomorrow.

Brisk walk to Carleton. Tired when I started out, felt better during walk, now I am ready for bed! Feeling bloated too. Fell off my low-carb diet over the week-end. Time to make a big re-adjustment in my diet - again.
