Stationary Bike 55:00 [2]

Good spin watching the Senators lose to the Blue Jackets. A few sets of weights for the arms afterwards.

XC Skiing 2:20:00 [2]

Beautiful ski up to paradise lift and then back around the Silver Star network to the condo. Many stops for photos and shopping on the way through the village. A couple of cm of snow made all the difference from yesterday. Right adductor was complaining a bit but otherwise only stiff. Great way to close off an excellent week.

XC Skiing 1:30:00 [2]

Nice ski at Sovereign Lakes with Glo, Jim, and Mary. Rented a pair of wax less skis for the soft conditions. They were slow but acceptable except in the flat sunny stretches where the wax skis would have glided forever.
Tried Jim's skis that were a little stiffer and my glide was better.
Adductors were complaining a bit but otherwise the hip was fine.

Walking 1:35:00 [1]

Hike from Predator Ridge to lookouts over Okanagan Lake. Weather has warmed up so the dry snow has turned to wet and hard to wax. The hike was a nice alternative after the 3 days of skiing. No twangs in the legs just stiff until we warmed up.

XC Skiing 1:05:00 [1]

Another beautiful ski at Siver Star. Sunny today so lots of stopping for pictures. A little stiff but otherwise felt good. Hip was humming towards the end. Good stretch afterwards. Again, will try to get out for another ski this afternoon.

Walking 30:00 [1]

Moonlight walk to Silver Star village after dinner. The pub was closed and the village was deserted. Walked down the mutt-use trail a bit but the lights were not on. A bit more moonlight and we won't need the lights.
