First ride after two weeks of travelling, orienteering, but mostly eating and wine tasting in BC and Washington State. Gained 5 pounds.
A nice break in the recent bleak weather made for a warm and muggy ride - but I'm not complaining. First time we have seen the sun since we got back on Friday. Full pledge now to exercise at least one hour a day.
