Feeling better today after a good nights sleep. Tempted to ski but hit the bike again. Less pressure on the hip.
Gaining weight again so back to the low carbs.

Wretched week. Hip was really sore since last weekend, felt tired until Thursday, then sick to my stomach, lousy sleep, and I don't dare go near the scales.
Massage yesterday helped the hip but still generally not up to par.
If it's not freezing rain tomorrow I will go for a long walk.

Still feeling tired generally and the hip is bugging me. Easy walk to Carleton along the canal. Beautiful day, had to get out.

Feeling tired since the weekend. And stiff. Did the Revelstoke loop and a good stretch .
