Nice walk with Mumsey around Revelstoke and a detour to check out the river. Won't be long before we are paddling again.

Stationary Bike 50:00 [2]

Goog spin. Up in zone 2 for 10 minutes. Good stretch, was able to fully extend all the cranky muscles - with some effort.

Good spin listening to jazz piano and afternoon TV. Flexibilty during the stretch afterwards was better than any day in the last week. The weather forecast looks unfriendly so I think I will stick to the bike for now.

Nice walk with Mumsey along the parkway bike path near sawmill creek. Very stiff to start but loosened up after 1 Km. Good stretch afterwards. It would have been a perfect temperature for mapping but it will take 2 more weeks to melt the rest of the snow.

Pleasant walk on the 5K Revelstoke loop on a mild but blustery day. Hip held out OK. Good stretch afterwards. Got home just before the heavy rain clouds moved in.

Good spin listening to jazz piano and watching The Fugitive on CC. Time flew by. Could have gone longer but it was suppertime and Mumsey was heading for the wine cellar.
Good stretch afterwards. The Niagara Sauv Blanc much appreciated. Pairs well with spicy chicken wings. : )

Stationary Bike 40:00 [1]

Easy spin with Cheryl Crow keeping time. Hip feels ok today but I haven't done much. Very stiff in the legs while stretching. Weight down a smidge.
