Note

Lots of slowly walking around helping out during the Pinhey's Point meet and picking up some of the flags after the event. Sinuses and allergies still a pain in the head.

Still feeling stuffed up from the allergies. Energy level not very good. Just a short walk before supper and a good stretch.

Spring allergies have really kicked in. Feeling lousy. So a gentle walk to the beach was the ticket. Good stretch and strength afterwards.

Mapping 2:10:00 [1]

Mapping with Bill M. at Wakefield. Started with some very rough and hilly terrain and then an easier way back through nice woods and fields where old homesteads used to operate before expropriation by the park.

Orienteering 24:00 [2]

Hustled around the World Orienteering Day course at Mooney's Bay park. Cheered the club athletes competing at the HS track meet.

Cycling 1:20:00 [2]

Nice ride up the canal, along the Ottawa river bikeway and back by the Trillium trail to the canal. Right calf and quad close to cramping - and aching. Had to stop a couple of times to stretch.

Leading a Basics and Beyond group around the practice area in Pinhey's Forest. Beautiful evening, great students.
