Orienteering race 1:31:54 [3]

Pushed as hard as I could without aggravating the hip. Wished I had rushed just a bit harder as Bert beat me by 5 seconds for third place! ; )
Easy area, but I still messed up by 3-4 minutes. Dead tired, but enjoyed it a lot. Lousy weather but good atmosphere.

Mapping 2:40:00 [1]

Worked on the big hill on the east side of Nakkertok. Beautiful woods. But I need to get the 1m contours from Fred for some intricate areas. Adductors a bit sore. Good stretch at home.

Cycling 1:15:00 [2]

Good tempo on today's ride downtown and back by the Trillium trail. Adductors are sore but a good stretch has calmed them down.

Walking 30:00 [2]

Short brisk walk and a good stretch. My hip was still sore from yesterday's event and my energy level was not good. Still fighting something I think.
